By accessing or using this website (www.jijivishahealing.com), and/or booking any service offered by Jijivisha Healing (the āServicesā), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or Services.
1. Changes to Terms & Conditions:
1.1 Jijivisha Healing reserves the right to amend, update or change these Terms from time to time without prior individual notice.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions under our sole discretion and “Last Updated” date of these changes will be updated. You waive any right to specify notice of any such changes.
1.3 It is your responsibility to keep a regular check on these changes made. If you continue to use the site post the changes are made, you will be considered to have been informed of the changes and have accepted them.
1.4 The information on the Website Application is not to be used or distributed to anyone in any country where doing so would be against the law or that country’s jurisdictions. If anyone choses to access the site henceforth is solely responsible to adhere to any and all local laws that may be in place.
2. Services
2.1 The Website provides information about counselling, therapy sessions, workshops, group support, and other wellbeing services offered by Jijivisha Healing.
2.2 The Services are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment, and Jijivisha Healing takes no responsibility for it. If you have any medical emergency or need, you should consult a licensed medical professional immediately.
2.3 You agree to indemnify, release and discharge Jijivisha Healing and its employees from any liability, costs, and expenses including injuries, damages, resulting from your participation in any activities on the platform. You indemnify Jijivisha Healing from any responsibility or liability for any physical, metabolic, or other disorder or injury you may suffer as a result of participating in services at Jijivisha Healing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jijivisha Healing and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services (even if advised of the possibility of such damages).
2.4 All Services (online or in-person) will be provided by qualified professionals and as described on the Website at the time of booking.
2.5 The Website and Services are typically intended for persons aged 18 years or older. If you are under 18 years of age, please ensure you have the consent and involvement of your parent or guardian.
2.6 For users under the age of 18 (a minor), we prohibit them from using our services, providing Jijivisha Healing with any personal information without their guardians or parents agreeing to the Terms & Conditions. If a minor uses the website it is presumed that their guardians or parents have consented to the use.
2.7 When an individual, including a minor, uses the services on the Website, the company is not liable to any harm resulted as the misuse of the services.
2.8 If it comes to our knowledge that a person or minor has provided us with incorrect information or is using the website without necessary guardian or parental authority (in case of minor), we have the right to suspend their accounts and prohibit them from using the services. We will not be liable or answerable to anyone.
2.9 You acknowledge and agree that the outcome of therapy, counselling or other Services depends on your participation, honesty, regularity, and other factors beyond our control. No specific result or outcome is guaranteed.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Bookings must be made via the Website or through the booking system integrated on the Website.
3.2 All sessions require payment of the session fee as displayed at the time of booking. Payment may be required in advance or at the time of booking, as specified.
3.3 Until payment is confirmed (and any required information completed), the booking may not be secured. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at booking or the booking will be cancelled and Jijivisha Healing will not be liable for it.
3.4 For individuals under 18 (minors) it is assumed that at the time of booking the guardian and parents have gone through and agreed to the Terms & Conditions.
3.5 The session fee is based on the specified service and duration and it is subject to change from time to time. You agree to pay all applicable taxes, fees or surcharges in addition to the published fee, if required.
4. Cancellation & Refund
4.1 If you wish to cancel or reschedule a session, you must do so 24-hours prior to the appointed time. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the entire session fee and will require payment of an additional cancellation fee.
4.2 If you are more than 20 minutes late to a session without prior notice, the session may be considered as attended and charged in full.
4.3 If the client cancels in the 24-hour window prior to the appointment time, there will be no reimbursement, but the client will be able to request a slot on a different date within 24 hours of cancellation. If not done in 24 hours after cancellation, the session will be considered attended and charged in full with no refund.
4.4 Jijivisha Healing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your session (including replacing therapist or changing time) with reasonable notice. In such case, you will be offered an alternative time or full refund of any fee paid for that session.
4.5 If your session is cancelled by Jijivisha Healing, you will receive either an option for rescheduling or full refund of the fee paid for that session. Fees paid for past sessions or services already delivered cannot be refunded.
4.6 Refunds will not be given in situations that are out of human control, such as Force Majeure Acts of God, natural catastrophes, pandemics of any type, including COVID-19, or other unforeseeable events that are outside of the organizationās reasonable control.
5. Confidentiality & Privacy
5.1 All therapeutic conversations and records between you and Jijivisha Healing are strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone without your written consent, except when required by law (such as risk of harm to self/others/society) or to protect a minor.
5.2 Your personal data and booking information is handled as per our Privacy Policy and is accessible to authorized personnel only.
5.3 You consent to the secure storage and processing of your data in accordance with the Websiteās security and privacy practices.
6. User Conduct
6.1 You agree to use the Website and Services in a respectful and lawful manner. You will not use the Website to:
- Transmit unlawful, harassing, harmful, obscene, abusive or otherwise objectionable content;
- Impersonate any person or entity (living or dead) or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Interfere with the functioning of the Website or services;
- Violate any applicable local, national or international law.
6.2 Jijivisha Healing reserves the right to refuse or terminate Services if the User behaves inappropriately or in breach of these Terms.

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India (and specifically State of Maharashtra).
11.2 Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
11.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall still apply.
